GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Gift vouchers can be requested through the general enquiry form on the website.

• After your enquiry, Stu Watts will get in touch to confirm the voucher amount and arrange a consultation before redemption.

• A cost-free consultation is required before voucher redemption to discuss the project. This helps ensure alignment of creative goals and scope before work begins.

• Vouchers are valid for all services offered, including recording sessions, editing, mixing, mastering, session work, coaching, and mix lessons.

• Each voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this time.

• Booking and scheduling are subject to availability, and the voucher recipient must liaise directly with Stu Watts.

• Stu Watts reserves the right to decline projects that don’t fit within current scope or focus, even if a voucher is presented.

• Vouchers can’t be used with other offers or discounts and can’t be applied to confirmed or ongoing bookings.

• Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable except at Stu Watts' discretion.

• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

• Stu Watts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
