FAQs

How are the sessions structured and delivered?
Each session lasts 2 hours and can be conducted via Zoom or in-person at Marshall Street Studios. Sessions are scheduled every two weeks to allow adequate time for homework completion and implementation between meetings. You'll receive all session materials digitally beforehand, and we use screen sharing for any production or planning walkthroughs.

Do I need prior music industry experience to benefit?
No prior experience is required. These sessions are designed for artists at any stage - from complete beginners looking to shortcut common mistakes, to experienced musicians who feel stuck and need a structured kickstart. The content is completely customised to your current level and goals during Session 1.

What is the total time commitment required?
The core commitment is four 2-hour sessions spread over 8 weeks. Between sessions, expect 2-4 hours per week on targeted homework assignments designed to create real progress. This could include practical exercises like production tasks, contact outreach, or planning documents - all with clear templates and instructions.

How does payment work, and what is your refund and rescheduling policy?
Full payment of $869 (launch price) or $916 is due upfront via direct bank transfer upon signing the coaching agreement. This secures your spot and covers preparation time.

Refund Policy:

100% refund if you cancel before Session 1 begins, 50% refund after Session 1 (minus a $125 preparation fee), no refunds after Session 2 starts as substantial value has been delivered.

Rescheduling Policy:

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no cost (subject to availability within program timeline). Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice are treated as a used session and are not refundable or transferable. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows (more than two) may result in remaining sessions being cancelled with no refund. Full terms are detailed in the coaching agreement provided before starting.

What do I need to prepare before Session 1?
Before our first session, you'll complete a simple intake form covering your musical background, current assets (tracks, social presence), past efforts, and specific goals. Have 2-3 recent tracks ready to share (if applicable), along with your social media handles and streaming links. This takes about 20-30 minutes and ensures we hit the ground running.

Can I do single sessions instead of the full package?
Single sessions are available at $249 each, but only for returning clients who have completed the full 4-session package. The package format is required for new clients as it allows proper planning and continuity across all four sessions.

Will I get ongoing support after the 4 sessions?
Yes - all package clients receive a half hour 30-day post-program call to review progress and troubleshoot. Many clients choose to book additional single sessions or return for refresher packages as their career evolves.
